1. Cancellations with Advance Notice
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the tour date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time and has not previously canceled, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
3. Changes to Reservations
Reservation changes, such as rescheduling the tour date, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will follow the terms outlined above.
4. Cancellations by Cozumel Tours Excursions
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues. In the event that we cancel the tour, the customer will have the option to:
Reschedule the activity at no additional cost, or
Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
5. Cancellation Procedure

6. Refunds
